MLB Hall of Famer Cal Ripken Jr., CNN Hero Max Levitt & NBA EVP Eric Hutcherson are among 42 expert speakers on the “Tournament, League & Club Revolution” at the TLC Sport Summit Monday December 11 at Ripken Stadium. The Summit gathers 350 youth tournament, league and club leaders from 30 team sports for a one-day master clinic on best practices in the $19B business of youth sports.
Cal Ripken, Jr.’s youth baseball empire touches nearly 1,000,000 young players each year, and he will share his experience with the leaders. Leveling the Playing Field founder Max Levitt, who collects and redistributes millions of pieces of used sporting equipment to needy teams and who is one of CNN’s 2017 Heroes has also just signed on, alongside NFL All Pro and 7on7 league leader LaVar Arrington, Capitol Hill Volleyball’s Bonnie Goldberg, Zero Gravity Basketball’s Greg Kristof, and dozens of others.
